Hiring – SALE ADMIN INTERN (PAID INTERNSHIP)

Part-time or Full time (3 months) 

We are looking for the first-team members to join our project to set up an online B2B Export Home decoration Shop for our import-export company. We are happy to work with smart and hard-work people even they don’t have the relevant working experience before. As long as you are willing to learn and be a problem-solver than a problem-seeker, our team has enough problems for you to solve and big enough space for you to grow.

Duties and responsibility 

Online shop merchandising 

Online shop product listing management (product photo, price, code, and other information)

Optimize product listing performance by data analysis (keyword, CTR, rating…) 

– New Product launching campaign coordination on Online shop 

Sourcing 

Sourcing new products and looking for new suppliers 

Export operating

Support Sales team to create a Quotation for the customers 

Support Sales team to issue the export documents including proforma invoice, sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list… 

Working with Sales-Operation person and Service Logistic company to allocate the end to end export process from the factory to the 3PL (third-party logistics) 

Requirement 

Master of Excel and Google Spreadsheet 

English is a Must (good at reading/writing) 

– Prefer Senior Student or fresh graduates who used to work in an e-commerce company or online department of retail brands, has a basic knowledge about digital marketing or social media.
